As a valued customer, your information is used only to insure that your order is processed to your satisfaction. We will not share, sell or give out any customer information.

Jewelry

Because each piece of jewelry is an original design, there is only one available for purchase. However, it may be possible depending on the individual piece to make adjustments to shorten or lengthen, if the length does not work for you. Email or call for more information.

If you see a piece on the site that is sold and you would like something similar, it may be possible to customize a piece for you, depending on availability of gemstones. Email or call for more information.

Some of the necklaces have earrings or bracelets that match. Matching combinations of necklaces, bracelets and earrings can often be created, if not currently available, depending on availability of gemstones. Email or call for more information.

Each jewelry item comes in a beautiful satin drawstring bag with an affirmation card inside.

Disclaimer

Every effort has been made in photographing to allow the customer to get a realistic look and feel for the jewelry. However, there are many contributing factors, such as light, color, and reflections of gems that can make photography a challenge. Additionally, individual computer settings and resolutions will vary greatly in customer viewing of the jewelry. Be assured that in almost all cases, the pieces are much more beautiful in real life!

Shipping Information

In order to give customers the best possible service, all product shipped within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) is shipped by USPS Priority Mail. For shipping outside the United States, contact us by email for shipping rates.

By using the USPS, it makes it possible to ship to a post office box.

All jewelry is insured, and the cost of insurance is included in the shipping charge.

We want you to have your wonderful products as soon as possible; therefore orders are generally shipped with 48 hours, unless there are adjustments being made to any of the jewelry items. If there is any deviation to this, you will be notified via email.

Return Policy

You may return items within 5 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Our shipping charge and your return shipping costs are not refundable. Customer must return product fully insured, with some form of tracking, such as a delivery receipt. Merchandise must be in its original condition to receive credit. No exchanges.

Damaged Items

We make sure our merchandise is sent in excellent condition, securely packed. Please inspect your items upon receipt and make sure that there were no damages received during shipment. If you find any damages, it is very important to contact us immediately.

Each enchanting piece on this site is an original, one-of-a kind design, created by Patty, utilizing semi-precious gemstones. She uses primarily sterling silver or gold filled findings. Patty's attention to detail serves her well in the quality and workmanship of each piece.
